Neodymium magnets, engineered to your exact spec.

Custom NdFeB magnets, magnetic assemblies and arc segments for motors, EV, robotics and wireless charging — designed and manufactured by Yixing Magnetic Products in Dongguan, China. OEM/ODM available.

Discs, rings, blocks, arcs, pot magnets, rubber magnets, Magsafe arrays and custom shapes — with flexible MOQ for qualified buyers.

Founded in 2016, we center on neodymium magnets with over 2,500 spot specifications and 150 million pieces in stock, offering one-stop customized services from design to mass production — with differentiated advantages in wireless charging, consumer electronics and motor applications.

From raw NdFeB powder to finished magnetic assembly — we build magnets for brands worldwide.

Who we are

YXMAGNET is the product brand of Dongguan Yixing Magnetic Products Co., Ltd. (东莞市宜兴磁性制品有限公司), a sintered neodymium (NdFeB) magnet manufacturer based in Hengli Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We are a custom manufacturer, not a catalogue reseller: every order is produced against a customer drawing, with the grade, dimensions, coating and magnetization direction confirmed before the first part is pressed.

What we make

Our product range covers the whole body of a magnetic system: sintered NdFeB discs, rings, blocks and bars, arc and tile segments for motor rotors, pot magnets and other steel-housed assemblies, magnetic wheels and sub-assemblies, Magsafe and wireless-charging ring arrays, plus non-standard geometries cut to drawing. Because we both press the magnet and build the steel housing around it, a customer who needs a working magnetic sub-assembly — not just a magnet — can place one order instead of coordinating two suppliers.

Grades, coatings and tolerance

Sintered grades from N35 to N52 are available across the M, H, SH, UH, EH and AH series, so a design that has to survive a hot motor housing is not forced to accept the flux of a room-temperature grade. Coatings include Ni-Cu-Ni, black nickel, zinc, tin, gold, silver, black epoxy and phosphating, chosen against the corrosion environment rather than as a default. Standard dimensional tolerance is ±0.05 mm; where a drawing calls for tighter control, critical dimensions are held to ±0.02 mm using grinding or wire-cutting, and the final tolerance is confirmed against your drawing before production.

Manufacturing capacity

The plant covers 1,500 m² with more than 50 staff and 2,500+ standard specifications held in stock — approximately 150 million pieces on the shelf. Monthly capacity runs to 2,500+ standard specifications. The company was founded in 2016 and has been producing NdFeB continuously since.

Ten process steps, from powder to finished magnet

Production runs through raw-material incoming inspection, powder pressing and sintering, precision cutting and machining, grinding with dimensional control, surface coating, magnetization to the required pole direction, magnetic performance and flux testing, pull-force and salt-spray QC, assembly, and finally export packing. Eight of those stages are formal inspection gates: material inspection on arrival, dimensional tolerance check, flux-meter performance test, coating thickness and adhesion test, salt spray or humidity test, pull-force test, appearance inspection, and a 100 % final inspection before packing.

Quality and certifications

Our certifications cover ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH, CE and MSDS/SDS. Salt-spray resistance is quoted per coating and per application, in a 12–96 hour window — tell us the hours your environment demands and we match the coating to it, rather than publishing a single number that would be true for no one.

Lead time and MOQ

Lead time is quoted by order type, not by a single quantity threshold: 10–15 days for samples, 20–30 days for small batches, and 40–60 days for mass production. MOQ is flexible and is often waived entirely for qualified commercial buyers and distributors. In-stock samples are provided free of charge — you pay only the freight — so quality can be verified before a bulk commitment.

How to get a quote

Send us a drawing or a sample with the shape, size, grade, coating, working temperature and magnetization direction. We confirm feasibility within one business day and quote against the actual drawing. If the design is not yet fixed, tell us the application instead and we will recommend the grade, shape, coating and magnetization layout.
