MOQ is flexible and is frequently waived for qualified commercial buyers and distributors. In-stock samples are free of charge — you pay only the freight — and we will send samples so quality can be checked before a bulk order is placed. If your part is not a stock item, we produce a sample against your drawing first. Sample lead time is 10–15 days; a small batch runs 20–30 days and mass production 40–60 days. These bands are set by order type, and the exact date is fixed at quotation.
Standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm; critical dimensions can be held to ±0.02 mm using grinding or wire-cutting, and the final figure is agreed against your drawing before production starts. Salt-spray duration is quoted in a 12–96 hour window depending on coating — tell us the hours your application needs and we match the coating to it.
Finished magnets ship with magnetic shielding (steel plates or vacuum sealing) and foam protection in reinforced export cartons, by express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), air or sea. We export to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Australia; for heavier orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option.
The standard arrangement is 30 % prepayment after order confirmation with the balance before delivery. Terms can be discussed for repeat and large-volume customers.
