Frequently asked questions

Customization, samples, shipping, quality and applications — answered by the people who make the magnets.

Can you make magnets to my exact drawing?

Yes. We are a custom manufacturer with 10+ years of experience in NdFeB and magnetic assemblies. Send us your drawing or sample with shape, size, grade, coating, working temperature and magnetization direction — we confirm feasibility within one business day.

What grades and coatings do you support?

All NdFeB grades from N35 to N52 (M, H, SH, UH, EH, AH series). Coatings include Ni-Cu-Ni, black nickel, zinc, tin, gold, silver, black epoxy and phosphating — selected to match your environment and corrosion requirements.

What is your tolerance?

Standard tolerance is ±0.05mm for diameter/thickness and ±0.1mm for width/length; tighter control down to ±0.01mm is available for precision assemblies.

Can you make multi-pole or specially magnetized magnets?

Yes — radial, axial, diametrical and custom multi-pole magnetization patterns are available. We also support Halbach arrays and special magnetization fixtures for motor and sensor applications.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes — in-stock samples are free of charge; you only pay the freight. We can send samples to check quality before you place a bulk order.

What is your MOQ?

We offer flexible MOQ (often no MOQ for qualified commercial buyers and distributors). Our core advantage is large-scale bulk supply with stable quality and factory price.

What is your lead time?

In-stock items ship within 7 days of payment; production lead time depends on order type: samples 10–15 days, small batch 20–30 days, mass production 40–60 days; the exact lead time is confirmed at quotation.

How are finished magnets packaged?

Magnets are packed with magnetic shielding (steel plates or vacuum sealing), foam protection and strong export cartons, then shipped by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air or sea as you prefer.

Do you export worldwide?

Yes — we export to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Australia. For orders above a certain weight, sea freight is the most cost-effective option.

What quality checks do magnets pass?

Every production process is controlled by professional technicians: dimensional tolerance, magnetic performance (flux), coating thickness, salt-spray, pull-force and a 100% final inspection before delivery.

What certifications do you hold?

Our magnets carry MSDS/SDS, RoHS and REACH triple certifications, CE marking, and our production environment has passed ISO 9001. We are also assessed by TÜV Rheinland supplier onsite checks.

Can you provide salt spray and material test reports?

Yes. Salt spray test reports (typically 12–96 hours depending on coating), magnetic performance curves and material certificates can be provided per batch on request.

What payment terms do you accept?

Typically 30% prepayment after order confirmation and the balance before delivery. Terms can be discussed for repeat and large-volume customers.

Which industries are your magnets used in?

Motors & generators, electric vehicles, robotics, sensors, wireless charging (Magsafe), consumer electronics, medical equipment, new energy, smart home, fishing and industrial automation — plus custom non-standard magnetic solutions.

Do you supply magnetic assemblies?

Yes — from simple magnet + steel housing assemblies (pot magnets, magnetic wheels) to rotor sub-assemblies and integrated magnetic systems with CAD/CFD design support.

Can you help select the right magnet for my product?

Absolutely. Tell us the application, space, holding force needed and environment — we recommend the grade, shape, coating and magnetization layout, with magnetic simulation where needed.

What is the maximum working temperature?

It depends on grade: N series up to 80°C, M 100°C, H 120°C, SH 150°C, UH 180°C and EH 200°C. Tell us your operating environment and we will recommend the right grade.
