What we do for brands
Dongguan Yixing Magnetic Products Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures and sells neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies from Dongguan, Guangdong, China. YXMAGNET is the product brand under which they ship. The company's whole focus is sintered NdFeB and the assemblies built around it — we do not spread ourselves across unrelated product lines, which is why a customer with an unusual motor geometry gets an engineering answer rather than a catalogue page.
The company was founded in 2016 and has manufactured NdFeB continuously since, with more than 10 years of accumulated experience in neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies.
We operate a 1,500 m² plant with more than 50 staff, and hold 2,500+ standard specifications in stock — around 150 million pieces. Monthly capacity is 2,500+ standard specifications, which means a repeat order can often be filled from existing tooling rather than re-qualifying a new process.
It means material selection, powder pressing and sintering, precision cutting and machining, grinding with dimensional control, surface coating, magnetization, assembly and inspection all happen under one roof. Nothing is brokered out between the magnet and the finished component, so dimensional control is not lost at a handover. Grinding holds dimensional control at ±0.05 mm, and ±0.02 mm is achievable on critical dimensions when the drawing requires it.
Every production stage is controlled by technicians, and eight inspection gates apply: material inspection on arrival, dimensional tolerance check, magnetic performance test on a flux meter, coating thickness and adhesion test, salt spray or humidity test, pull-force test, appearance inspection, and a 100 % final inspection before packing. Salt-spray duration is matched to the coating and the application across a 12–96 hour range.

Our magnets and assemblies go into motors and generators, electric vehicles, robotics, sensors, wireless charging (Magsafe), consumer electronics, medical equipment, new energy, smart home and industrial automation. We export to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Australia.
MOQ is flexible and is often waived for qualified commercial buyers and distributors, and in-stock samples are supplied free of charge with you paying only the freight. Finished magnets leave the plant with magnetic shielding — steel plates or vacuum sealing — plus foam protection in reinforced export cartons, and are shipped by express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), air or sea depending on weight and urgency. The standard payment arrangement is 30 % prepayment after order confirmation with the balance before delivery, and terms can be discussed for repeat and large-volume customers. Alongside our own certifications, our production environment is assessed through TÜV Rheinland supplier onsite checks.
